Operation Mechanism: Post-closure, the circuit breaker efficiently stores energy in both the close and open springs. The inside and outside crutch arms are meticulously designed to handle contra-clockwise moments, ensuring seamless lock release upon electrification of the opening winding. This triggers the open spring to drive the inside crutch arm, resulting in a swift open circuit breaker action, with the engine stabilizing the moment in an open state.
During the opening phase of the spring mechanism, the close spring storage engages the ratchet wheel axis, sustaining moments from the opening spring in a contra-clockwise fashion. This process is securely maintained by the holding engine. Upon electrification of the opening winding, the system's cam and ratchet wheel, intertwined with clocking devices, are liberated. The cam, powered by the close spring in a contra-clockwise direction, depresses the open spring to execute the circuit breaking. Upon closure of the circuit breaker, the close spring discharges its energy, triggering the motor to instantly activate and recharge the open spring.
