LW36-55 OUTDOOR HIGH VOLTAGE SULFURHEXAFLUORIDE CIRCUIT BREAKER
The LW Series self-energy SF6 Circuit Breaker stands as a pinnacle in three-pole/single-pole AC 50Hz/60Hz outdoor high voltage power transmission technology. Specially engineered for seamless operation within modern power grids, it efficiently handles rated current division, fault current clearance, and line conversion tasks. This cutting-edge equipment is indispensable for transmission and distribution systems, providing unparalleled protection, control, and operational flexibility with features like opening, closing, and rapid automatic reclosing.
Our circuit breaker, crafted with the latest design principles, showcases a wonderfully simple structure, compact size, and low material consumption. Operation Mechanism When the circuit breaker is closed, both the closing and opening springs are prepped, with the inside and outside crutch arms sustaining a moment from a counter-clockwise direction. Upon electrification of the opening winding, the lock releases, enabling a counter-clockwise rotation driven by the opening spring, engaging the inside crutch arm to open the circuit breaker. The moment is then secured by the keeping engine, maintaining the circuit breaker in an open state.
In the spring mechanism, during the opening phase, the close spring stores energy and the ratchet wheel axis holds a moment from the opening spring in a counter-clockwise direction. This moment is restrained by the holding and opening engines. When the opening winding is energized, the cam and ratchet wheel are released by the clocking devices, allowing the cam, driven by the close spring in a counter-clockwise movement, to depress the open spring, thus opening the circuit breaker. Upon completion of closing, the close spring discharges, aligning the pawl axis with the motor via gears, initiating motor start, and charging the open spring.
