Operation Mechanism: After closing, the close and open springs are primed for action. Our innovative design ensures the inner and outer crutch arms bear the load from the contra-clockwise moment. When the opening winding is energized, the lock releases, allowing a smooth contra-clockwise rotation driven by the open spring, effectively opening the circuit breaker. Precision engineering keeps the mechanism locked and ready for reliable operations.
Spring Mechanism: As the circuit breaker opens, the close spring is primed, with the ratchet wheel axis bearing the contra-clockwise load. The moment is securely locked by the holding engine until the opening winding is energized. This releases the cam and ratchet wheel, enabling the cam to rotate via the close spring. This action compresses the open spring, allowing the circuit breaker to open with precision. Upon completion, the close spring releases, engaging the motor via the pawl axis to store energy efficiently. (Refer to Figure 1 for detailed illustration.)
