Operation Mechanism Immerse yourself in the sophisticated operation mechanism of our circuit breaker. Upon closing, the close and open springs are energized, with the crutch arms adeptly bearing a contra-clockwise momentum. Once the opening winding is electrified, a seamless release and rotation occurs, driven by the open spring, effortlessly activating the inside crutch arm to open the circuit breaker, locked perfectly by the engine to maintain an open state.
Witness engineering excellence when the spring mechanism opens—close spring storage and ratchet wheel axis withstand contra-clockwise momentum from the opening spring. This momentum is securely locked by the holding engine. Upon electrification, the cam and ratchet wheel disengage, allowing the close spring to gracefully depress the open spring, executing a seamless circuit breaker operation. As the circuit breaker concludes its closing process, the close spring releases, engaging with the motor seamlessly for instant open spring energy storage, as illustrated in Figure 1.
