Operation Mechanism: After the circuit breaker is closed, energy is stored in the close and open springs. The internal and external crutch arms counteract the moment from a counter-clockwise direction. Upon winding electrification, the lock releases, enabling the open spring to drive a contra-clockwise rotation, effectively opening the circuit breaker. The engine ensures the moment remains securely locked while maintaining an open state.
During the opening phase of the spring mechanism, the close spring stores energy. The ratchet wheel axis bears the moment from the opening spring in a counter-clockwise direction, locked by holding the engine. With winding electrification, the cam and ratchet wheel release, driven by clocking devices. The close spring drives cam rotation counter-clockwise, depressing the open spring to open the circuit breaker. Upon closure completion, the close spring releases, linking the pawl axis with the motor via gear. The motor then activates, storing energy in the open spring.
