LW36-55 OUTDOOR HIGH VOLTAGE SULFURHEXAFLUORIDE CIRCUIT BREAKER
LW Series self-energy SF6 Circuit Breaker is a versatile and robust three-pole/single-pole AC 50Hz/60Hz outdoor high voltage power transmission equipment. Designed to facilitate the division of rated current and manage fault currents or conversion lines, this circuit breaker ensures seamless protection, control, and operation for transmission and distribution systems. Its capabilities include opening, closing, and executing fast automatic reclosing operations, making it an indispensable asset for safe and efficient power management.
This state-of-the-art circuit breaker boasts cutting-edge design principles that enhance its functionality. Its streamlined structure and compact design are complemented by minimized material usage, making operations more energy-efficient. With high reliability and ease of installation, this breaker operates quietly and efficiently. Developed by our company, it represents a new generation of high voltage SF6 circuit breakers, promising exceptional performance and dependability.

Operation Mechanism After the circuit breaker is closed, the close and open springs store energy. The inner and outer crutch arms withstand a counter-clockwise moment. Once the opening winding is electrified, the lock releases, rotating counter-clockwise, driven by the open spring, causing the inner crutch arm to open the circuit breaker. This moment remains secured by the engine, maintaining an opening state.
In the spring mechanism, upon opening, the close spring stores energy. The ratchet wheel axis withstands a counter-clockwise moment from the opening spring. This moment is secured by the holding and opening engines. Upon electrification of the opening winding, the cam and ratchet wheel release. Driven by the close spring counter-clockwise, the cam depresses the open spring to open the circuit breaker. As the circuit breaker concludes closing, the close spring releases, connecting the pawl axis with the motor via a gear. The motor activates instantly, storing energy in the open spring.
